RESUMEN<\/p>\n

\nLa concentraci\u00f3n territorial de la competencia judicial en los Juzgados de la ciudad sede del Tribunal Superior de Justicia no obedec\u00eda, como por error se ha venido manteniendo, a razones de especializaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica, sino a la necesidad de lograr pronunciamientos coherentes y solventes en esa materia, lo que se produce cuando los tribunales adquieren, merced a la experiencia, masa cr\u00edtica suficiente sobre propiedad industrial. La reforma proyectada de la Ley de Patentes espa\u00f1ola confirma este criterio, lo salvaguarda, acaba con la tesis de quienes propugnan la dispersi\u00f3n de estos litigios entre todos los jueces de lo mercantil e, incluso, da un paso m\u00e1s all\u00e1 y llega a la concentraci\u00f3n especializada, en virtud de la cual s\u00f3lo los jueces mercantiles de la ciudad sede del TSJ a la que el CGPJ haya atribuido en exclusiva ese conocimiento ser\u00e1n los competentes.\n<\/p>\n\n\n \n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
