I have nineteen years dedicated to the law. I started in Madrid, but I really came across this profession when I opened my own office in Seville, a difficult place. Since years, I grew professionally from scratch, advising SMES in various sectors, and making the leap to Madrid and to international clients, on step at the time, I a dynamic of sustainable growth.
I’ve always trained with passion. That, with constant practice of commercial law, pushes me to write a dozen articles in multiple media. I’ve received a several professional and academics awards, and I’ve been able to write a law monograph on a subject totally unknow at the time. I continue to study daily; I teach and make conferences at national and international universities. I join on multiples international forum as a Spanish lawyer.
I specialize in international insolvency and restructuring law. I have a 360º visual of the client, thanks to my expertise and my personal path. My other main discipline of law is the international sports law, which I work for different clients since 2018, sometimes, I work for the professional athletes, on some occasions, also I work with sport entities and frequently with the agency representatives.
I am someone you would go to war with. It's not about winning; it's about fighting together. In conflicts you don't always win, in fact, many times, both combatants lose. My role is to understand the client and help him, with my knowledge and experience, to solve his problems. Sometimes fighting, sometimes looking for other ways. But always with honesty and total involvement.
I fit in at BGA because we share the same professional culture: performing a highly qualified business law practice for demanding clients and in complex situations. I like challenges. And I want to overcome them with my colleagues. I am a team player.
